CHOJO Terms and conditions
A credit or debit card will be required to guarantee bookings of 5 or more people. We charge £25 per person deposit which can be used against your final spending. however it is non-refundable for bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice of the seating time, or no show.
We regret that due to our small kitchen and potential cross contamination ; it is not advisable to dine with us if you have nut allergy , gluten allergy / intolerant or strict vegan dietary requirements
We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience otherwise we can hold the table for 10 mins only then release to other customers.
We are a small restaurant , therefore we may need your table back after a certain amount of time if we are experiencing a high volume of reservation . Please note our return time is two and a half hours from the table is reserved .
We have a minimum spending £25 per person policy , also respectfully ask that food that has not been prepared in our kitchens is not consumed on our premises.
For customers that wish to bring their own cake , you will need to contact us to get permission . We charge £2.5 per person for cakeage , We often unable to find a place to store the cake in a fridge, which is often required for food safety purposes also the service of food not on the menu can impact our quality of service to the customer who brought the cake and customers on other tables, especially if we were not warned in advance ; therefore please contact us before you decide to bring your own cake to our restaurant .
Tables are allocated on the day of the booking subject to availability and to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Whilst we are happy to take requests, these cannot be guaranteed. Should you request a private table , we do have a PDR situated in the skylight bird cage room with minimum spending £ 500 .
We have resident cat and dog in the premises sometimes , they are friendly but do not like to be disturbed. Our pets have the priority in Chojo.
